A 90-sec pitch for Ken Britt’s campaign [video]
The best part about Georgia Equality endorsing your upstart campaign? For Ken Britt, the retired gay law firm executive running for the Georgia House, it was Jeff Graham delivering the pitch in person.
Graham, Georgia Equality’s executive director, can kick out a compelling sound bite with ease. He does so in front of not-so-gay-friendly lawmakers at the Gold Dome. And he did it again on May 16 during Britt’s campaign kick off with gay supporters. Britt has raised $65,000 since announcing his campaign for the District 56 seat on April 18, a tally no doubt helped by Graham’s enthusiastic delivery last Wednesday.
