AEN hosts a model swimwear event [photos]
The gay business group partnered with Caliber Models for the models, which included a surprisingly diverse selection and even a woman, along with Boy Next Door. The popular Midtown fashion spot provided the swimwear, which ranged from the tame to the tantalizing.
Kevin Durard worked the DJ booth, providing the beats to keep the fashion show moving on the runway at Jungle while hostess Princess Charles offered commentary and even belted out a few notes here and there. AEN also auctioned off several items to raise funds.
BrentStar opened the show with a performance that included working the room trailed by two hunky models that later made a quick change to swimwear for the runway show.
“It’s one of our better attended events, it’s more social than some of our programming, and people come that may be new to AEN, so it’s fun for our members because they get to meet new faces, and it drives new membership with the extra exposure to what the organization is all about,” Justin Ziegler, AEN’s executive director, told Project Q Atlanta in a recent interview.
