Halcyon’s rockin’ return to MSR [photos]

East Atlanta’s lesbian bar gave a warm welcome back to the lesbian musical duo Halcyon on Saturday with a crowded house of rowdy fans of more than 20 years of the band’s signature songs.

My Sister’s Room was ready, willing and able to accommodate the crowd with its newly expanded patio as well as Halcyon’s Deb Hunseder and Steph Callahan (photo, left-right) on the indoor stage’s state-of-the-art sound system.

The bar just keeps packing them in for weekend nights of dance floor decadence (photos) and the recent weekly addition of Thursday College Nights. And Atlanta women who love women should stay tuned Pride Weekend, when MSR throws down the Wet Pride Party on Friday and Saturday’s Lick It Pride Party with God-des & She in concert.
