Jungle bumps to Alyson Calagna’s beat [photos]

When out Miami-based DJ Alyson Calagna hits Atlanta, it’s going to be a party. When it’s her Music for the Seeker Tour 2012, it’ll be a blowout. Just ask the partiers who hit her Jungle set on Saturday.
Calagna brought the beats, the gay dance club brought its renovated expansion, and the people brought a readiness for anything. Fresh off judging the first Divine Rules Pageant (view photos) earlier in the evening, B52’s Fred Schneider and Jungle’s house diva Phoenix (top photo, center) stuck around to pose with the dancing queens.
Phoenix also performed as part of the party, the dance floor filled to capacity, the new bar was swarming, and Jungle notched another Saturday success.
