Jungle’s Fiesta Fatale plays H.E.R.O. [photos]
Costumes? Check. Hot DJ? Check. Halloween revelry? Check. What set Fiesta Fatale apart from the rest of Saturday’s slew of Halloween parties was that Jungle gave proceeds to H.E.R.O. for pediatric AIDS.
One part of a double-dose, all-day affair at Jungle, the Fiesta Fatale adult throw-down followed the afternoon Fiesta Halloween Carnival for H.E.R.O. kids infected with or affected by HIV/AIDS.
H.E.R.O. spends scads of money improving quality of life for the kids, and the dance party directly benefited its Camp High Five, a free camp that costs about $900 per child per week.
The packed event featured sexy New York DJ Chad Jack and crazy costumes from sexy to scary to sensational. It was a tough call for the costume contest, which featured $500 in cash and prizes.
