Porn killer, gay White House rep, DOMA

Gay porn wannabe wanted for dismemberment slaying, Obama administration’s latest gay hire, appeals court rules DOMA unconstitutional, toddler’s disgusting “no homo” church video, billboard apologizes to North Carolina gays, and more LGBT headlines.

Gay man hired for White House post. Miguel A. Ayala (top photo) becomes the deputy director of communications at the White House Council on Environmental Quality. He’s in good company. His boss is one of he highest ranking lesbians in the Obama administration.

DOMA ruled unconstitutional on appeal. For the second time in as many weeks and for the fifth time overall, a federal court says the ban on gay marriage is discriminatory. This time, an appeals court upholds a lower court as all this winds its way toward a U.S. Supreme Court showdown.

Cynthia Nixon wedding photo revealed. The “Sex & The City” actress (second photo, left) wore Carolina Herrera at Sunday’s uber-private marriage ceremony to longtime partner Christine Marinoni in New York.

Milwaukee archbishop authorized payouts to accused pedophile priests. Timothy Dolan has moved on up to oversee New York’s archdiocese as cardinal, but when he was in Minnesota, records show he offered up to $20,000 to individual priests to leave the church and disappear.

California Senate passes bill to ban “ex-gay” therapy. The measure would forbid “conversion therapy” to try and make gay people straight for minors. Adults would have to sign consent forms and be warned of the dangers. The state House takes up the bill next.

North Carolina billboard apologizes for marriage ban. A California church paid for the signage (third photo) in Charlotte, N.C., apologizing to gay people for North’s Carolina’s vote in support of Amendment One. Ironically, it stands on Billy Graham Parkway.

ExxonMobil shareholders reject LGBT policy – again. While protestors rallied outside, Wednesdays vote on whether to add LGBT to the company’s non-discrimination clause ended where it has every year since 1999: No. And support for its approval is slipping. 80 percent of shareholders voted against it.

Low budget gay porn actor prime suspect in murder. Luka Rocco Magnotta, aka Eric Clinton Kirk Newman (bottom photo), tried to kickstart his porn career via online videos. He was already wanted by animal activists for videos of killing kittens. Then he mailed a foot to a Canadian political party. Then a torso and hand from the same body were found. Gross.

Toddler’s anti-gay church song leads to death threats for pastor. As video shot in an Indiana church in which a 3-year-old boy sings “Ain’t no homo gonna make it to heaven,” spreads like wildfire on the Internet, the fallout continues to build. It’s disgusting, but here is the “performance”:
