Positive Impact party honors 19 years [photos]

Atlanta’s HIV/AIDS mental health agency kicked up its heels Thursday at Party With Impact. The annual fundraising soiree drew in a crowd with noshes, cocktails, mixing and mingling.
The event feted donors and celebrated Positive Impact’s 19th year of counseling, substance abuse and risk reduction for people with or affected by HIV. And it did so in a style by moving its largely gay contingent this year to the historic Wimbish House with a VIP room for larger donors.
The VIPs got special food and an upgraded bar, but the general admission crowd wasn’t left out with hors d’oeuvres and complimentary wine bar to lubricate their conversations and support the cause.
